I bring to the table a deep knowledge of a diverse set of treatment methods that allow me to tailor your therapy uniquely to your personality, challenges and life.

In addition to a warm, welcoming environment, I offer the understanding ear of someone who has worked through various challenges with people for the past 20 years. I am trained in many techniques, including Cognitive Therapies, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Brainspotting, Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman, Imago, and Grief Counseling.
