I offer a safe, supportive space where we can make sense of your challenges and work toward growth. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine connection—compassionate, grounded, and human—where your story is honored and your strengths are central to healing.
I offer a warm, person-centered approach for individuals (ages 6+), couples, and families. I draw from CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS, mindfulness, and trauma-focused care. My work is culturally sensitive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and holistic. I’m especially passionate about helping clients build self-worth and navigate trauma, family issues, and life transitions.
Though newly licensed as an LCSW-A, I bring over 10 years of experience in social work, including child welfare and school systems. I understand how systems impact mental health, especially in rural areas where care is limited. Under supervision as I work toward full licensure, I offer compassionate, experienced care rooted in empathy and collaboration.
