I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of knowledge from treating people with mental health challenges. I have an extensive background in working with individuals and families who have experienced trauma, grief/loss, adjustment challenges, depression, and anxiety. I have always been intrigued by how the mind works and desire to understand others by learning about their experiences.
I received my Master’s in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. My approach includes various therapeutic modalities, including psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, exposure therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing.
