My areas of expertise include mood disorders, self esteem, anger management, grief, stress management, Christian counseling, parenting strategies, drugs and alcohol treatment, workplace issues, cultural identity concerns and DOT SAP evaluations.
At your initial session, I carry out a comprehensive assessment and together we develop a treatment plan to guide your therapy.
