I'm Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my ideal client is usually who is motivated to change some aspect of their life for the better, even though they may feel scared and overwhelmed. My goal is to help support them in reaching their goal and full potential during these challenging times. I will support the individual along with guiding them to reach their goals, all while supporting them during this journey of both healing, hope and growth.
As a counselor, I worked with people with various issues, relationships problems, trauma, anxiety, depression, codependency, marital discord, family issues/concerns etc. Most importantly, I worked with clients that were at a point that wanted and needed help then became motivated to. I hope that you will also allow me to support you on this journey of life.
During some of the most trying times in our lives, having good solid support is so helpful. I would like to help you during this time.
