One of the hardest things in life is letting go. We all have faced guilt, love, loss, anger, or betrayal. Change is never easy. Life is too short to be miserable, hold grudges or have regrets. My goal is for you to be free of emotional pain, able to deal with life on life’s terms, and to find purpose in your work, family, friends and spirituality.
Over 12 yrs as a clinician, therapist and a substance abuse counselor, I have helped individuals, children, couples, and families individually and in a group setting find healing, forgiveness, and understanding in their distressed situations. In addition, I have trained other clinicians and provided groups to clinicians that are on the same journey.
