I have facilitated groups for mental health, substance disorders, and DUI. I have mostly worked with anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorder, and trauma. I am eclectic and utilize various interventions and theories in treatment. I mostly practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
