Clients who come to my practice often seek a path through complex emotional challenges. Whether it’s trauma, anxiety, depression, sleep issues, troubling habits, esteem or relationship issues, grief, or existential crises, together, we can explore patterns that may feel overwhelming. We can work towards building stability and resilience while gathering a deeper understanding of where painful patterns come from.
I work with adults carrying the weight of chronic illness, caregiving, and grief. My approach is direct and collaborative. I use evidence-based methods, CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, but I don't deliver them from behind a clipboard.
Sessions feel like a real conversation. I'll listen, and I'll also push back thoughtfully when that's what's useful. You do not need to continue carrying everything on your own. Email is the best way to reach me, and you can typically count on a response within a day. Looking forward to connecting!
