I work with your values and beliefs to improve self-awareness, make the most of yourself and your life.
I offer therapy for adults, those willing, ready to heal, open to exploring, learning new and different ideas, growing and making necessary and wanted changes. I teach skills to learn emotion regulation and management. Growth and healing also occurs through hypnosis and Emotion Resolution as I am a Certified Hypnotherapist
I have a specific area of expertise in working with those who have experienced trauma, and need to heal, let go, understand and reclaim their lives.
