Our work together will explore what works for you, what doesn't, where you are headed, and what you're leaving behind. You don't need to know how to make changes in life. You only need the audacity to explore. We’ll explore together.
I have 12 years experience working with teens, adults, veterans, couples, and caregivers. Some of my clients face addictive disorders, homelessness, and severe mental illness. Most of my clients don't face such heavy burdens but do need direction, clarity, and confidence. But they all -and me too- are in need of a clear mental hygiene practice.
