I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with people navigating relational strain and moments of transition or inner questioning. My approach is reflective and relational, guided by curiosity, meaning, and an understanding of how past experiences shape the present, as well as the importance of connecting with a deeper sense of self to create meaningful change. I aim to offer a steady, compassionate space where clients can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with themselves in ways that feel honest, grounding, and sustainable.
Our first session is a space to slow down and begin getting to know one another. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping to shift or better understand. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and help us begin to map patterns at a pace that feels respectful and manageable.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to attune deeply while also holding a broader perspective on patterns, meaning, and change. I work in a way that balances insight with emotional and nervous system awareness, helping clients understand why certain patterns exist while also supporting how to shift them in daily life.
