I consider myself a process-oriented therapist; meaning I am always looking for themes and patterns in our sessions that might give us insight into what could be helpful to focus on in our time together.
I believe my strength as a therapist is in building strong relationships with my clients. Clients typically describe me as easy to connect with and share things they haven't been able to before. I genuinely care for the people I work with. Laughter and humor are part of my therapy style, along with helping people feel seen and understood.
