My job is to help you find your favorite version of yourself. I'm here to help guide your path while you learn to love yourself, accept your past and current circumstances, and foster healthier relationships. On our path of self discovery, we find ourselves stuck in the past and focusing on our hardships, or allow our fears to prevent us from reaching our goals. I want to help you embrace the resilience your past has created and overcome your fears to achieve your goals.
I have been serving my community since 2017. My focus has always been on understanding trauma and it's impacts on our belief systems and ability to meet our own needs. I show up authentically in session and guide my clients through self-compassion to explore their past and let go of beliefs that no longer serve them.
I understand how uncomfortable it is to be honest with a stranger without fear of judgment. It's difficult to trust anyone with our most intimate and vulnerable thoughts and experiences. It's my goal to provide a space of compassion that is supportive and non-judgmental. I will always be honest to you and open to your feedback.
