Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Do you want to try something different to turn your life around? Do the words 'I'm Stuck' keep playing over and over again inside your mind? As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, previously, I have worked in a community mental health setting for many years. I am skilled to handle any situation which may come my way; however, I would have to say that I am most skilled at working with clients who suffer from Anxiety Disorders and Trauma.
I teach individuals to embrace their strengths and work with their weaknesses as well as learn new life skills while promoting positive self esteem, image and confidence and lead the individual through exercises to assist in goal creation and execution to realize the quality of life he or she has desired.
I am a Reiki Master; and, I have a lovely space to be able to assist you with self care and relaxation services in addition to counseling. I also have a licensed massage therapist able to assist you with modalities related to massage including cranial sacral, myofacial yoga, meditation, Spiritual Guidance, skin care and essential oils: "Trish" Wald-Hopkins.

This class will be held Sunday, November 18, 2018 from 1pm to 3pm. The class will cover some basic concepts of essential oils; and, we will be doing some easy projects which you can continue to do at home for inexpensive self care and rejuvenation. Please RSVP so we can find a suitably sized venue to accommodate our fun and enlightening community event. There will be a suggested $20 cover at the door to cover individual project expenses and all profit will go to assisting those who can not afford insurance deductibles and/or copays for mental health and/or support services.

I now am offering Reiki as an Mind/Body/Soul Integrative Therapeutic Modality. I have 3 other persons who are Certified Reiki practitioners who contract with my office; and, I also have a fully licensed Massage Therapist, Patricia Wald Hopkins. We are offering Reiki Power Nap sessions for $20 as well as full Reiki sessions for the introductory fee of $40. These sessions are incredible additions to reduce the stress level of anyone's day.
