As such, I use various approaches, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, EMDR, Person-Centered, & Gottman Method for couples therapy
My style is relaxed, yet structured which is congruent with my personality & everyday way of being. I believe this to be important because I know if I’m not genuine in my interactions with you, then I cannot expect you to be genuine in yours with me.
