A great deal of my professional practice has been working with individuals, groups, couples and families, substance abuse, and LGBTQIA+ populations. As such, I use various approaches, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, EMDR, Person-Centered, & Gottman Method for couples therapy.
