Sustaining life outside of mainstream expectations can be incredibly empowering, but finding the support you deserve is not easy when you feel like you constantly are defending and explaining yourself, your identities, and your relationships. As a queer, mixed race, trans, and neurodivergent clinician, my priority is collaboratively creating space for you to show up as authentically as you desire. I work with adults, relationship systems (couples and beyond), and families to heal trauma, invite curiosity, and feel confident in defining our relationships, desires, and needs as we work through life changes.
I specialize in providing affirming care for mixed- and mono-racial clients of color and queer, trans, and polyamorous clients. I'm neurodiversity affirming. My practice draws from anti-oppressive, systemic lenses and I incorporate aspects of Attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Narrative therapy.
Without changing a thing, you’re worthy of space to heal and grow beyond the limitations that leave you feeling stuck or disconnected. Together, we are powerful. However you show up, and whomever you bring along, you are welcome. Reach out today to begin our journey together down the path to creating lasting healing.
