Sustaining life outside of mainstream expectations can be empowering, but it can also be exhausting when you're constantly explaining or defending your identities and relationships As a queer, mixed-race, trans, and neurodivergent clinician, I create a collaborative space where you don't have to over-explain or translate yourself. I work with adults and relationship systems to process trauma, explore identity, and build self-trust. Together, we'll notice patterns and develop a shared language, often drawing on storytelling, cultural references, or your unique interests, to support deeper clarity, connection, and confidence.
I specialize in working with mixed- and mono-racial clients of color, as well as queer, trans, and polyamorous clients. Grounded in neurodiversity affirming, anti-oppressive frameworks, I draw from attachment theory, IFS, and narrative therapy to understand how past experiences influence the present, deepen self-compassion, and support meaningful change.
If you're used to making yourself understandable to others, therapy can feel different here. We'll build understanding together in a way that fits you - through patterns, meaning-making, and storytelling that helps things land. If this resonates for you, I'd be happy to connect.
