I'm an AF veteran who's been through “the suck” many times before and am now here to help guide you through this journey.

I specialize in trauma and parts work and do all things through a trauma-informed lens. My belief in therapy is that every person already has everything they need to heal, but they may need help navigating the process. That's where I come in! It is important to me to earn your trust and to treat you as my true equal. You're the expert of your life after all!
I believe that you do not go to a counselor to be healed, but instead, the counselor helps you to heal yourself. This is healing that lasts. Not sold yet? Reach out and let's see if we're a good fit! I tend to use approaches where humor can be incorporated, emotional processing is at the forefront, and we work hard to get to the root of things. The approaches I tend to lean most towards are IFS and CPT for these reasons.
