Slowly, life chipped away at your connection—work demands, kids, stress—and now it feels like there’s nothing left but silence. Every attempt to reconnect spirals into blame and frustration, leaving you both wondering if it’s too late. But deep down, you’re not ready to walk away. You long to feel seen, heard, and loved again. Together, we can rebuild the bond you thought was lost. Don’t lose hope—your relationship can heal.

Emotions 101 8 Week Course
The structure of this 8-week class will be a mix of didactic learning, gentle experiential exercises, questions and answers, and processing of what it is like to talk about emotions authentically with others. You will learn to better understand and work with emotions - not changing emotions, but having a different experience with them. These experiences will lead to a richer and more authentic life. This course is based on Hilary Jacobs Hendel's book, It’s Not Always Depression: Working the Change Triangle to Listen to the Body, Discover Core Emotions, and Connect to Your Authentic Self.
