A supportive and structured environment where teens can develop tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. Teens will: Learn to identify and manage their emotions effectively. Develop strategies to cope with stress and reduce self-destructive behaviors. Improve communication skills and build healthier relationships. Practice mindfulness to stay present and focused.
