FOCUS Enrichment: Couples Workshops
FOCUS stands for Figuring Out Communication through Understanding and Support. Our mission is to enhance relationships by giving individuals the safe space and relational tools to communicate through a variety of workshops and events. FOCUS Enrichment is led by an expert team of relational coaches and facilitators who teach social and communication skills to foster healthier relationships and build higher self-esteem. Throughout the year workshops will incorporate skill-building with active exercises that encompass movement communication, boundary making, support and understanding.
