I am a licensed therapist with over 12 years of experience in treating adults, teens and couples who are struggling with issues of mental health and addiction. I specialize in ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, partner betrayal and all forms of addiction.
I have a warm, person centered style and a strengths-based approach aimed at achieving true happiness and self love. My clients find they greatly increase coping/communication skills, are better able to manage stress, and develop deeper satisfaction with life.
