My approach is to co-create a game plan to help you leave better equipped to navigate the intricacies of close relationships. I am empathic and compassionately direct. My passion is to help individuals increase their conflict resolutions skills as well as establishing healthy boundaries.
Years ago one of my supervisors asked me, ”Have you done your own therapy?” My response was,”No”. He said that we can only take our clients as far as we’ve gone in our own therapy. And so began my years of unpacking my story. Through my years of treatment and training I believe I have the capacity to step inside the shoes of my clients. It is a privilege.
