About
Life often presents us with different challenges. Some are the result of situations that we had no control over or were forced on us while others may be the result of personal choices that were made. It does not matter where these challenges originated from, the challenge now is to find an effective method of coping with them going forward. I look forward to working with you to explore the choices you have in facing and handling these difficult challenges.
I have a BS in Human Development and Family Sciences and a Masters in Counseling from OSU. As a faith-based licensed professional counselor, I help adults deal with a variety of mental health issues including anxiety and specializing in trauma.
I am available Tuesday through Thursday 9 to 4:30 for appointments and provide a quiet, peaceful and safe office in which to meet. If a different time is needed, please contact me to see if an arrangement can be made.
