I bring an eclectic approach and utilize the tools I think are best for you at a given time, situation and issue. I typically use a combination of strength based, humanistic and cognitive behavioral approaches, and then weave in other skills as needed or desired by my clients. At the core, my goal is to offer a positive relationship that you can grow with.
Growth and problem solving can be anywhere from tricky to downright hard, but a relationship with a therapist you trust and feel safe with can make it easier and yield a better result.
