We will examine thoughts, feelings, and reactions that arise in therapy, in order to work directly in the present moment. Whether you are looking for extra support, or you want to change directions in your life, I look forward to working with you.
My primary theoretical orientation is relational and client centered therapy. I incorporate a variety of other styles and techniques including CBT and DBT skills, mindfulness based interventions, and trauma informed care. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for all of my clients. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
