Whether you are navigating chronic pain, insomnia, dysautonomia, or simply feel disconnected from your body and relationships, it can feel like your system is stuck in overdrive. It is exhausting to live in a constant cycle of anxiety, burnout, or conflict. I specialize in somatic, nervous system-based therapy for individuals and couples. Whether your struggles show up as physical health conditions or as emotional patterns that leave you feeling stuck, there is a clear, biological path back to feeling safe, grounded, and connected.
With a background in Biochemistry and a Master’s in Social Work, I bridge the gap between hard science and compassionate mental health care. In both my individual and couples work, we look past the surface. We will explore how chronic stress and life experiences have shaped your nervous system, using somatic tools to move your body into balance.
The foundation of my work is radical safety—without it, the body cannot heal. I provide a non-judgmental, affirming space for people of all ages, sexualities, and backgrounds. Everyone deserves to feel at ease in their own skin, and I am here to help you rebuild that connection with your body, yourself, and within relationships.
