I specialize in trauma-informed care and work extensively with individuals who are looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space. I enjoy working with those experiencing complex and racial trauma, addiction, identity concerns, and complex family dynamics. Together we will explore and identify goals that will make your healing attainable.
I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and more.
