My techniques focus on creating a safe place to lay out all the cards and begin to rebuild a better self. I utilize several evidence-based approaches including mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Each approach is catered specifically to your needs, as I believe my clients are as unique as their needs.
As a mother of 4, I understand the demands that are expected from work to family to relationships. Whether you are working from the home, or in an office, managing a family or just yourself, it’s a never-ending cycle. Taking the time for self-care is vital but so often pushed aside.
