Many of my first sessions start as “So I saw this TikTok and I think I have...”, and that's ok! The courage it took you to start seeking a therapist is real. It's hard to reach out and trust someone when you’ve been burned so many times. The struggles you’re fighting inside yourself, can’t help but show up in your relationships. As you go through life you collect experiences that shape you, however some of those shapes just don’t fit like they used to. That’s when you know it’s time to change.
