Welcome! I am so glad you found your way here. If you are seeking a safe space to be seen, heard, and accepted then we have a reason to meet. I work with adult men, women, and non-binary folk, living with depression, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, ( including racial trauma), grief/ loss, and life transitions. Living...period. My goal is to partner with you, to utilize your strengths and experiences to heal, grow, and break unhealthy patterns so you can manifest and live your best life! And If I am not the therapist for you, I will help you find them.
I specialize in authenticity, vulnerability, connection and healing, utilizing multiple treatment modalities, including Brainspotting, CBT, Transactional Analysis, EMDR, mindfulness strategies, emotionally focused therapy concepts and a host of other strategies.
