I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in trauma-informed care, grief, and support for first responders. I have a comprehensive background in emergency mental health, inpatient, and outpatient care. I utilize a combination of modalities and skills, and I encourage creative practice, self-compassion, and body movement in nature.
I offer in-person services at our offices in Kalispell and Bigfork as well as telehealth therapy for those across Montana. Along with traditional talk therapy services I utilize several client-centered nondirective modalities. These modalities can break down barriers and help us explore your therapeutic goals collaboratively.
