I work primarily with individuals, specializing in working with middle schoolers, college aged individuals, and adults. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, adjustment/life-cycle transitions, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and treating trauma utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy.
