My approach to therapy is warm, non-judgmental, and goal-oriented. I believe that people have the natural resources to make positive changes in their lives. I also believe that changes occur most rapidly when people can tap into these resources with the support of a compassionate, committed, and experienced professional.
I blend empirically supported neuroscience with EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Structural Dissociation, DBT, CBT, Existential, Gottman, Bowen Family Systems, Person-Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in my treatment.
