Hello and welcome! As both a clinician and an individual, I deeply value the connections I build with others. I believe that forming genuine relationships with clients, rooted in curiosity and kindness, is essential to the therapeutic journey. My approach to therapy is centered around the client and focuses on their strengths. My goal is to empower clients by helping them identify their unique strengths and values, guiding them toward a meaningful and fulfilling life.
I have experience working with couples, teens (ages 14+), & adults, facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, life transitions/stress, trauma, OCD, relational & martial issues, infidelity, & low self-esteem. When working with individuals, I adopt an integrative approach, drawing from various modalities like CBT, ACT, & DBT.
