Life can be hard sometimes. At some point, we all experience something in our lives and need a little help or guidance. If you're reading this now, you've already taken the first step, which can be the hardest! My goal is always to provide safety and comfort, but also to help you find your way back to feeling more like yourself. I specialize in working with those experiencing anxiety, infertility, adjustment and transition issues, and all stages of pregnancy. I aim to create a comfortable and non-judgmental environment to openly discuss whatever issues you may be experiencing, and we work to provide relief and healing where needed.
I specialize in anxiety and infertility, having extensive training in both, but also having my own experiences with both as well. I have found that being able to offer a more empathetic understanding in these areas has allowed me to be a better therapist for those going through it as well. I have immediate openings and would love to talk when you're ready!
