I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist who helps people achieve deep, long-lasting change. My approach to therapy is recognizing that much of our experience is outside of our awareness. We need another to help us to wade into the complexity of our minds and to explore the way the forces of the mind motivate us to act, think, or feel a certain way.
