I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate and specialize in providing trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults. I have experience working in diverse settings, including school-based mental health, care for individuals with chronic and terminal illnesses, transitions to college and play therapy.
I employ a variety of techniques tailored to each individual, including various therapeutic techniques, expressive arts, mindfulness strategies and interactive play, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and to build resilience, self-awareness and coping skills. I currently have daytime and after 5 pm availability to best fit into your schedule.
