I believe that each person is a unique individual on their own journey. The path may not always be clear, so the objective is to help discover and harness the inner resources you already have to navigate your life’s journey and if needed, help find new tools to guide you towards clarity and hope.
I believe that negative or unwanted thoughts can significantly impact one’s life, as those thoughts influence our feelings and behaviors. Additionally, I recognize it is easy to be influenced by the environment at any age. I find it valuable to process and understand your upbringing in order to discover your most authentic self.
