I’m an EMDR-trained, results-oriented therapist who blends compassion with structure. You won’t be pushed too fast, but you also won’t stay stuck. I’ll help keep you focused on what you want to achieve. We’ll work together to identify what’s been holding you back and help you build the skills and insight to move through it.
