If you are ready to overcome the pain and suffering that you are currently experiencing, and would like support along the way, I'm here to offer a hand. Many of us are far too familiar with symptoms of addiction, depression, anxiety and trauma. My role is to support you in finding the balance and capacity you need to discover a life worth living. The individuals that I have worked with have experienced symptoms of anxiety, depression, isolation, shame, guilt, and a lack of body awareness.

In sessions, I utilize cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral and somatic experiencing techniques. I believe that trust and honesty should be at the forefront of every relationship, especially when working with you. It is true, there may be tears and moments of awkward silence, but there will also be laughter and new discoveries throughout our journey.

Thank you for your consideration. Please feel free to contact me for more information, or to schedule your first appointment/assessment.
