Hi, I'm Taylor, a licensed clinical social worker specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss. Through specialized experience and training, I am uniquely able to provide relief to first responders, hospital workers, and individuals who have experienced medical accidents and trauma. I also work with trauma that has occurred at any point in the lifespan. On top of this, I am devoted to helping any individual find their way through the darkest moments of depression, anxiety, and grief.
Throughout over 9 years of clinical experience, I have spent time on the front lines and in the emergency departments of our nation. I uniquely understand the crises and trauma you and others live through daily. Using EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, movement, and other modalities, we will navigate a path to peace and overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief.
