I specialize in addiction, trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, and relationship issues. My approach is integrative, combining CBT, somatic experiencing, ACT, IFS, trauma-informed care, and strength-based techniques. With these therapies, we’ll work on understanding your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while helping you develop effective coping strategies.
