I am a Qualified Mental Health Professional working with children, teens, and adults to develop and grow through whatever they are struggling with. I try to best understand the client's perspective and take into account all aspects of their life including race, ethnicity, childhood experiences, gender, LGBTQ+, and more. Life can get overwhelming, but having support through it can make it worth it. With kids and teens, I work with parents to help them best support their kids while still giving the child a place to talk openly. Many adults struggle with accepting help or identifying supports. I shape my approach to treatment based on what works best for the client to understand themselves. This starts with an empathetic, safe environment and can involve things such as understanding thoughts, identifying emotions, and learning coping skills.
