I am a Certified EMDR Practitioner specializing in Trauma Processing, Mood Disorders (like Anxiety/Depression), Eating Disorders, Life Transitions, and Gender/Sexuality. EMDR Processing supports recovery from Trauma, embodied distress, and deeply held negative beliefs. My Practice centers supporting LBTQIA+ and Gender Nonbinary/Gender Noncomforming adolescents and adults through transitions and Mental Health distress.
I use various Evidence Based Modalities, always with a Client-Centered, Trauma Informed, Social Justice-oriented lens. These include EMDR, CBT, Psychoeducation, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. Our aim is to make sense of the origins of distress and reduce symptoms. I am also trained in Eating Disorder treatment modalities for those seeking ED Treatment.
