As a licensed clinical psychologist, I provide individual counseling services, ADHD and learning disability evaluations, and performance psychology services for athletes and performers.
I specialize in working with anxiety and panic disorders, ADHD and learning disabilities, depressive disorders, LGBTQ+, and self-esteem. Additionally, I work with individual athletes, teams, and performers on mental skills training and mental performance techniques.
I typically practice from a Cognitive-Behavioral lens and believe that our thoughts influence the ways we feel, which, in turn, affects our behaviors. It is my goal to provide you with the tools to feel empowered in making those positive behavioral changes in your life.
