Taylor believes that successful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. Taylor begins with a person-centered approach to facilitate the growth of the therapeutic relationship. Taylor also incorporates a variety of techniques from the modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) based on the unique needs of each client.
Taylor works with individuals ages 18 and up and treats a variety of clinical issues including depression, anxiety disorders, and self esteem related issues. She has specific experience and an interest in working with veterans.
