Hi, I'm Taylor, a licensed therapist specializing in supporting toddlers, children, teens, and young adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, academic issues, low self esteem, family conflict, school/work related stress, relationship issues, and life transitions. One of my key strengths is in my ability to establish a safe and nonjudgmental rapport with my clients where you feel heard and empowered to be your true authentic self!
When appropriate I collaborate with parents to provide support and guidance as I believe in the importance of family involvement to create lasting positive changes.
In therapy there is no "one size fits all" model. I utilize a variety of evidence based treatment modalities to meet the unique needs of each individual. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Behavior (DBT), Play Based Therapy, Strengths Based Approach, Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, and Relational Therapy.
I recognize the importance of building a therapeutic relationship, as I believe it is the foundation for effective therapy. I aim to hold a space that's non-judgmental and real, where you can bring in what's hard, what's confusing, and what's hopeful.
