I'm passionate about working with people who want to explore themselves and the world around them. I'm going to give you my undivided attention (unless the cat is crying at the door) and do all that I can to be present for you and hold space for you. This is your time and I'm all about honoring that. I am somewhat emotive, so sometimes I get excited and share stories while expressing myself with my hands. Sometimes I get a little teary-eyed with you if what you're sharing is really hitting me.
I offer an eclectic approach that is person-centered and psychodynamic.
My style is to listen and meet you where you're at while also challenging you. I also offer DBT-informed therapy and skills training. I'm passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ folks and most of my clients identify as queer. I also enjoy supporting people around LGBTQ+ fertility, alternative relationship structures, and kink positivity.
My ideal therapy client wants to put in the work to explore themselves and be willing to take me along that journey with them. I'm here to listen, validate and challenge when needed. While my training is in DBT, I also enjoy psychodynamic and person-centered approaches. I provide individual supervision for LCSW candidates as well. I'm excited to support you!
