Navigating transition and uncertainty alone can be daunting and generate fears that keep us stuck. We can feel trapped in our heads, and whether change is something we are actively pursuing or is a condition we feel is forced upon us, it can be difficult to find a way out, especially all on our own! It can also be especially helpful for people who struggle with vulnerability and shame and provide a safe space to express and process emotions and struggles.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, shame, men's issues, and relationship issues and focus on young adults and adults. I see individuals, couples, and families. I believe the past informs the present and that understanding our family and history can help us better know ourselves and lead to more lasting change and growth.
